• knowledge in computer operating systems, hardware and software.

• basic knowledge on MS office.

• analytical thinking & customer service skills.

• Good to have basic knowledge in software testing.

• good verbal communication skills.

• knowledge RFID technology and electronic will be more preferable.

• Responding to technical issues raised by the client, get clarification for the same and ensure timely communication with client.

• creating and maintaining defect tracking report and share it to the relevant Stakeholders.
