Support Window: 24 x 7 (Dedicated)

Monitoring team will be responsible for 24 x 7 monitoring of all Technology Landscape components in Scope.

The mechanisms used for Monitoring would be:

Dashboards / outputs from Monitoring Tool (SolarWinds)

Perform Health Checks Monitoring Team will raise tickets as per alerting matrix and assign it to respective teams.
